NEW WORK
New Work is a philosophical-economic movement that has greatly informed and inspired my professional work.

Initiated by the philosopher Prof. Dr. Frithjof Bergmann in the late 1970s, New Work aims at countering the alienation of work as a result of industrialization and capitalism and thus returning to the natural, human dimension of labor.
​
The New Work movement encourages individuals to seek and pursue joy and fulfilment in their daily work on the one hand, as well as companies and social systems to design and build a better world of work on the other.
​
The main pillars of New Work include: trust-based autonomy of individuals and teams, empowerment for continuous learning and personal development, a shared vision and common purpose for action, optimal and beneficial use of talents, potentials, and technological innovations, a holistic concern for one's work-life balance and the world.

In my projects and everyday coaching and consulting I aim to implement these ideas and contribute to the collaborative creation of a new work culture.​​
About Me
I have a degree in philosophy and economics, am a certified group leader in intercultural contexts as well as a coach, trainer and consultant for New Work. In the over 20 years of my professional career, I was able to gain experience in journalistic and editorial work, team and project management, and as a mentor and trainer in various projects for a wide range of target groups.

The question of work has informed my professional life enormously. Ever since my studies I have been dealing with this subject from a social, cultural, economic, historical, ethical and even religious perspective with great enthusiasm. I share my theoretical knowledge as well as my fascination for the different solutions offered by both thinkers and successful business personalities with the people that I work with and that wish to be inspired.
I am an idealist and firmly believe that we can all do better – placing a lot of emphasis on “doing.” In my professional work, I encourage and motivate my clients
to act. While logical and strategic thinking are tremendously valuable to me,
I emphasize the importance of trusting one’s own intuition and wisdom.
I work in English, German and Polish with clients from all over the world.
In the spirit of New Work, I am able to apply all my coaching, consulting and training skills to work with my clients online, so that no geographical boundaries stand in our way.
